Allison offers an ashtanga based flow rooted in yogic philosophy and teachings about the energetic body culminating in a restorative closing and long savasana. Her classes bring rejuvenation and encourage conscious living.
Her life radically changed when she stumbled into her first yoga class while studying Sacred Space in India in 2007, and has inspired her to share this power of self-transformation with others. Her classes offer a holistic approach including meditation, mantra (chanting) and pranayama (breathwork) practices.

Her style is highly influenced by the teachings of Seane Corn, Cyndi Lee, and Alanna Kaivalya. She has continued her studies with Ana Forest, Dharma Mittra, Sharon Gannon, David Life, Beryl Bender Birch, Leslie Kaminoff, Rod Stryker, Dana “Trixie” Flynn, Bhavani, and Max Strom.
In 2008, she graduated with honors from East Carolina University earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
Allison is honored to serve the YogaWorks community as the Regional Manager of Baltimore and Washington DC. She believes that generous doses of live music, nature and yoga are key to healthy, joyful living.
